What to expect

• First impression: a burst of wild blueberry and black-tea brightness from the Ethiopian base, sweetened by a touch of vanilla-tinged milk-chocolate smoothness.

• Mid-cup: the Costa Rican component steps in with browned butter, red-apple juiciness, nutty hazelnut, and a flash of cracked black pepper, adding weight and structure without muting the fruit.

• Finish: clean, silky, and slightly sweet—think chocolate-dipped dried berries with a warm, bakery vibe. The cup lands firm but never bitter.

• Filter: 1:16 ratio, 96 °C water—expect high clarity and a berry-forward aroma.
